Foundation Arts has a 30-day return policy on all in-stock items. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason simply return it with a copy of your receipt for a full refund. Refunds are refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase within thirty days of refund approval. Purchases made with another payment method are refunded via check.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Foundation Arts does not stock all products listed on the website. Products ordered from the website that are not in-stock will be ordered from the original vendor or secondary market owner. These items are not eligible for return or refund.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY POLICY
Art prices and availability on the website reflect only the issue price given by the publisher and the availability at the time the website was last updated. Prices & availability on the website do not reflect the current market value and Foundation Arts is not bound to deliver any products or services at the advertised price.

Because we can not guarantee the accuracy of pricing and availability information, we verify each order at the time of purchase and adjust the price accordingly. Foundation Arts will charge customer credit cards at the time of order. After confirming the current market value and receiving customer approval, any increases to the advertised price will then be charged. A customer may refuse any increase in advertised price and receive a prompt refund of the money for said product.
